  Totally unprofessional! I went to get my friend a set of acrylic nails, and the woman doing it absolutely had no idea how to work with nails. She messed up the first time, didn't tell us what she was doing and called over her coworkers without explaining. When my friend said that they didn't like the color, she blew them off and said she messed up and was going to try again. She completely ignored the request to change color. Then she was going too quickly, cutting up my friend's cuticles, and the finished result looked as bad as the first- inconsistent and sloppy. When I told her that neither of us were satisfied, she offered us three dollars off a set of fifty dollar nails... and then less than a day later the nails started falling off.
